Powerful neodymium magnetic filter bar separation magnet rod

Magnetic filter bar also named as magnetic rod, magnetic tube which is made of SUS tube & several neodymium magnets or ferrite magnets which used to separate a variety of fine power, iron or other Impurities with magnetic material in liquid or semi-liquid. It is widely used in chemical, food, waste recycling, carbon black and other fields.
Our magnetic rods use TIG welding at the ends (seamless) and then polishing to ensure the good tightness & leakage that is used in liquid environment well.

Features of magnetic rod: 
-Standard magnetic bar is a cylinder with the diameter of D25mm (1 inch). 
-The magnetic bars normally made of seamless SUS304 tubes or 316L tubes and were fine polished that the roughness can meet Ra0.6.
-Different installation End Plugs can be chosen---Threaded studs, Tapped holes, Plain ends.

-The maximum magnetic induction intensity can reach 14000Gs for the magnetic bar with the diameter of 25mm. 
-The standard working temperature can reach 80ºC and the maximum working temperature can reach 350ºC if need.

Shipment: Magnetic bar can be shipped by Air, Express, Truck and by sea. But it must be shielded if by air or Express.
