The grate is made of six magnetic rollers with a diameter of 25 mm.
The magnetic circuit is closed by extremely strong Neodymium magnets with a remanence induction of approximately 13,000 Gs.
Housing: acid-resistant steel.
Magnetic induction on the roller surface: approx. 9000 Gs.

-The maximum magnetic induction intensity can reach 14000Gs for the magnetic bar with the diameter of 25mm.
-The standard working temperature can reach 80ºC and the maximum working temperature can reach 350ºC if need.
After 4 times of polishing processes, the roughness can meet Ra0.6, widely used in food and pharmaceuticals industry.
